Program requirements

1. You must be 18 years or older
2. You must have a US billing address
3. An SMS-capable phone number
4. A shopping cart total between $199-$20,000 for your first purchase or between $99-$20,000 for subsequent purchases.

Troubleshoot payment options

If you don’t see Trek Financing as a payment option at checkout, it means the items in your cart aren’t eligible.

Be sure your total is between $199 - $20,000 and that your initial purchase includes equipment. You should also ensure that your cart does not include any gift cards, as they cannot be used or purchased with Trek Financing.

Returns

If you need to return something purchased with Trek Financing, follow our return guidelines.

Your Trek Financing account will be credited within 7 to 10 business days after a return has been processed.

Trek Financing powered by Citizens Pay is a reusable line of credit that lets you buy now and pay over time at participating Trek retail locations in the United States. If approved, you receive a Trek Financing Digital Card that can be added to your mobile wallet. There is no physical card. You can use it anywhere Trek Financing is accepted.

Checking eligibility uses a soft credit inquiry and does not impact your credit score. If you choose to move forward and open an account and make a purchase, the account may be reported to credit bureaus.

Minimum first purchase: $199. Maximum purchase amount: $20,000. Equipment must be included in the first transaction. Subsequent purchases must be $99 or more. All purchases are subject to credit approval.

Yes. Trek Financing is a reusable line of credit. As long as you have available credit on an active line of credit and meet the minimum purchase requirement, you can use it again at participating Trek retail locations.

If you’re approved but do not complete your purchase, your Citizens Pay Line of Credit may automatically close after a period of inactivity, as described in the Citizens Pay Line of Credit Agreement.

Customers can manage their account at pay.citizensbank.com. After approval, you will receive a welcome email to set up online access. You can enroll in AutoPay, make manual payments, and pay off your balance early with no prepayment penalty.
